Dave Abare is an author, Sales Coach, and speaker from North Central CT, currently working on his 4th Novel, "Letters To The Dead." He recently placed Top 25 in Writer’s Digest annual Personal Essay Contest, and spends much of his time writing short stories, poems, and blog posts. In earlier years, he worked as a freelance music writer, interviewing bands such as Anthrax, Blues Traveler, Big Head Todd & the Monsters, Metallica, Motorhead & Van Halen. These days, when not writing, he’s either listening to tunes, playing chess, rolling around with his two crazy pugs, or checking out a new brewery or winery in New England with his wife Lenore.
